Self-Levelling Compounds
Self-levelling compounds are used to correct uneven concrete or screed substrates, filling depressions and establishing a smooth, flat surface for the installation that follows. This is a crucial step for materials such as LVT, vinyl, engineered wood and tiling, where even minor undulations can telegraph through the surface or affect bonding and alignment. Using high-quality, fast-curing compounds allows for consistent coverage, precision and an exceptional final finish.
Plywood & Sheet Overlay
Where timber substrates are present, we often recommend an overlay of plywood or specialist flooring-grade sheet materials. This creates a rigid, dimensionally stable base that prevents movement between floorboards and reduces the risk of squeaks, surface ridges or visible joints beneath the finished floor. Plywood overlay is particularly beneficial for LVT, vinyl and engineered wood installations, and is selected in varying thicknesses depending on the condition of the original subfloor and the performance requirements of the room

Our professional carpet cleaning service removes embedded debris and restores softness using specialised equipment and approved cleaning solutions. For households with regular foot traffic, carpet cleaning is generally recommended every six months to maintain appearance and hygiene, and to extend the overall lifespan of the material. This service is suitable for both routine maintenance and post-tenancy refreshes.
Floor Sanding & Refinishing
Wood floors age beautifully but may show wear in high-traffic areas over the years. Our sanding and refinishing service returns timber surfaces to a clean, uniform state by removing surface scratches, stains and worn finishes before applying new protective coatings. We work with both engineered and solid wood floors and can offer a range of finishing options including lacquer, oil and hard wax systems depending on the desired appearance, sheen level and maintenance expectations.
Wood Floor Oiling & Polishing
For floors that do not require full sanding, oiling and polishing is an effective maintenance treatment that nourishes the timber and restores lustre. Oils penetrate the surface to enhance grain detail and provide a natural, tactile finish, while polishes offer additional surface protection and sheen. This treatment is well suited to engineered and solid wood floors in living rooms, hallways and bedrooms, and can be carried out as part of a periodic maintenance plan.
